My quiet apartment, 55 square meters large, is located in the first floor of a 16th century palace that is situated in the old, historical centre of the city.
Its strategic position means that a 15 minutes walk will get you to the University district, historical places, or street shop.
Since my flat is in a ancient house with thick walls, it is very well insulated, so is fresh in summer and warm in winter, and quality of life is good without air conditioning, too. Furthermore, there aren't any wall bordered on the street and all windows look over internal courts, so no noise in my home.
The apartment includes a dining room with gas fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace 15 square meters large, perfect for eating meal outside.
You can found all common amenities as: self heating, dish-washer, washer-dryer, microwave, satellite TV, VCR, Hi-Fi and a radio tender wake-up.
I cannot give you a PC, but if you have a notebook you'll found all parameters for a modem local internet connection.
